Digital Design and Precision Milling
These restorations are produced through a digital process where the design is first completed in CAD software and then transferred to the milling unit. Materials such as zirconia, PMMA, titanium, or glass ceramics are fixed into the machine and milled through precise tool paths. The machine uses multi-axis movement to shape the restoration step by step, ensuring that margins, occlusion, and internal structures are formed according to the design.
